Costs:
Besides the mentioned rent, we ask a provision for the costs of 60€ a month (1 person) and 80€ a month for 2 persons. At the end of the academic year, the actual costs are calculated. Till now the actual costs were never higher than the provisions.
What is included in these costs?
–utilities (water, electricity, heating)
–weekly waste collection
–weekly cleaning of common parts (hallways, staircases, kitchen, lounge, …)
–high debit internet with private WIFI-network
–cable television (in private studio and in the lounge)
–use of common kitchen and equipment
–use of the common lounge, garden and bicycle storage
What is not included in these costs?
The yearly fire insurance (85€ per year)
